Child Support Enforcement

The primary responsibility of the CSEA division of our office is to establish and review administrative child support orders and enforce child support orders established by a court of competent jurisdiction. Services also include establishing paternity, providing genetic testing, and case management, including collecting payments. CSEA is also responsible for enforcing orders and locating absent parents. The CSEA agency does not resolve issues of child custody or visitation or dictate or verify how child support should be spent.
